Rollator Walker August 1, 2018 Reviewer: Yvonne Lord-Lezama from Freemansburg, PA United States   HI, I had to wait to give my feedback as I wanted it to be a true and genuine review.  The Rollator walker was delivered on time, and it is a wonderful, well constructed product, and I can recommend it to anyone.  However; the only reason I gave it four stars and not five is the cushion,  when the basket is in, it cannot fit properly.  I have to use it without the cushon strapped on which is a nuisence. active Rollator February 18, 2017 Reviewer: Rita Lockhart from Corpus Christi, TX United States   Barry was extremely helpful!  He is responsible for my choosing Wendy Walkers.  I was quite confused when I called and he answered every question I had...patiently and clearly.  I knew that he knew what he was talking about! It does make an enormous difference...who answers the phone and what level o knowledge they have....and how much patience, they have.  Barry fit the bill on all counts! My husband really likes his new Active rollator with the larger wheels.  The item arrived when Barry said it would get here, and it was totally assembled as he had said.  The lady who took the order was also very efficient and kind.  I would recommend this company to others. Perfection August 26, 2015 Reviewer: Karen Cunningham from New Cumberland, WV United States   Walker is for my 91 year old father.  He is tall and needs ability to raise the arm height.  Also the moveable seat height is important when he goes out in public to adjust to different size tables.  He has no problem folding it up to put in his car.  The hand brakes help him control going downhill.  He loves the basket for carrying his mail and sundries.  We are very well satisfied and have referred many other people to your site for the Active Rollator Walker.  Thanks! outstanding sevice August 14, 2015 Reviewer: norman moon from athens, GA United States   Listen up folks!! If you are researching walkers, look no further than "Wendy's Walkers".  The staff was outstanding in assisting me in my particular needs. My order was shipped on a Monday and I received it the following Friday.  After a few minor adjustments, I was up and ready to go!!  I am 80 years old and walking everyday with such ease. Elicits positive comments January 13, 2015 Reviewer: Eloise Patton from Fort Washington, PA United States   We bought this rollator because it was able to support a taller person and was narrow. This Active Access Rollator does that, is comfortable and easy to use. Receipt of active rollator September 10, 2014 Reviewer: Ann Batson from Charlotte, NC United States   These folks were very helpful on initial inquiry call prior to ordering rollator. The Rollator arrived with the basket missing. When I called to report this, they handled it immediately and had it mailed to us promptly. I am a satisfied customer and my daughter loves the walker.
