Tall People Rollators and Walkers have higher handles and seats to allow for best posture, safety and comfort. Scroll through the following wide selection of mobility aids that comfortably accommodate taller users from Drive, Airgo, Dolomite, Nova, Karman, Lumex, Medline and more. How to determine the correct height? The general rule is that the hand grips should be at wrist height with a slight bend at the elbow. Select a Walker or Rollator to be high enough for the user to hold the handles comfortably with their arms bent at a 20 - 30 degree angle. If the user has to stoop down or reach up to hold the handles, you can adjust the handles up or down an inch or two for a comfortable and safe position.
