This Large Nimbo Lightweight Posterior Posture Walker by Drive Medical supports the user from behind assisting with a more upright posture and trunk extension. Many physical therapists prefer posterior or reverse walkers for young people with neurological, orthopedic and developmental disorders. The front wheels can independently adjust from swivel to non-swivel to enhance maneuverability and ease of turning.
